I am a huge Korean food fan and the noodles didn’t disappoint. I can believe they are in a packet. My sister told me about them and the noodle texture was perfect! The broth was delicious - I finished every drop. It did say spicy but it was barely spicy - my kids could eat the noodles and broth and they tend to be really picky but they liked it a lot. Maybe a little bit of a kick in the heat department?It also cooked so so fast - a huge win. I’m glad I ordered a 6 pack - I won’t have to wait to have it again.

Everything is stellar except the packaging. My god. So much packaging for noodles. That's truly the only thing giving me pause. My order came in a gigantic box and putting the ridiculously bright packages the size of king sized oreos maybe bigger turned me off immediately. I love the flavor of everything but every time I open one I'm just like "who the fuck approved this insane packaging?" If you fix that I'll probably buy more but I can't file away a set of encyclopedias in my pantry every time I want fkn ramen lol.

Really yummy, the texture of the Udon is also really good. I wish there was more Kimchi tho!

After making this, I was fine about not being able to have a single grain of salt for the rest of the day. It smelled so good, I didn't care.The directions for making this are perfectly clear. It is important only to use the amount of water to start it because the noodles are cooked with the base and kimchi block. Boil for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Then you are supposed to put it in a bowl, and that is a good idea, but it smells so good, it's worth just tasting. Most of us just had a taste but the teenagers in the house called it fabulous.We have tried a number of these products from Korean Bros. They all have spectacular flavors, but this one has a more recognizable noodle.

This is a review for Korean Bros Kimchi Udong (657g) - Spicy Korean Stir-Fry Noodles, 3 ServingsLove this noodles! My husband and I are fond of Korean food but it gets pricey to eat out so knowing that we have this alternative is really great news. This three serving package comes with all the ingredients you need. Very easy to prepare and ready right away. Love the taste because it’s not very spicy. The noodle is almost similar to the udon we buy in the restaurant. Surprisingly noodles is not as stiff as the other store bought ones. This is just approximately $5 per serving so this really saves us a lot. Would be best to buy the 6 pack so we can 3 meals for two people with it.

I've never had korean noodles before, so I thought I'd give this a go. I didn't cook these like a stir-fry, but rather, as a soup, the way the instructions indicated. I'd imagine that stir-frying these noodles would give them more kick, since the flavor packet and kimchi are dispersed in the water.That said, the size of the serving was hearty. Lots of thick noodles with a firm texture that wasn't gummy or chewy. I think another reviewer called them "slurpable" and if I were a slurper, that's probably true. You need to eat these noodles with something other than a spoon because they won't stay in the bowl of the spoon. I started with a spoon and had to break up the noodles, so I moved to chopsticks, but you could use a fork too.The noodles cook up fast and easy. While the instructions recommend adding all the packets at once, I suggest adding the kimchi block first - before the water boils. That gives it time to reconstitute to the right texture. Otherwise, your noodles are ready before the kimchi is, and your kimchi doesn't have the right mouthfeel.These aren't hot & spicy, but more of a spicy warmth. If you like hot foods, this will disappoint, but if you like spicy flavor, i think this one works.

Super impresssed by this! It comes with three servings, very easy to make, and super tastey. I made soft boiled eggs to add some pizazz. I think its a great price point for 3 individual servings included.

The flavor is unbelievable and just perfect for a cold day. The kimchi block in there definitely seems to be doing the job Stocking up!!!
