Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older.
1. Sponsor
Korean Bros Incorporated (the “Sponsor”), 10961 S. Bella Marini Ln., Sandy, Utah 84070. The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor.
2. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Mountain Time on October 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Mountain Time on November 13, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. Each “day” of the Entry Period runs from 12:00:00 A.M. to 11:59:59 P.M. Mountain Time.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. This exclusion also applies to moderators and administrators of the Korean Bros Discord server.
Entrants must confirm their age and state of residence at entry. Entries from persons under 18 and from residents of excluded states will be rejected.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods receive the same number of entries. No purchase is necessary and purchasing product will not improve your chances of winning.
4.1 Purchase Entry
During the Entry Period:
1. Purchase any Korean Bros product from any retailer, in store or online.
2. Visit https://korean-bros.com/pages/98745132189 and complete the entry form, providing your full name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and state of residence.
3. Upload a clear photograph of your dated purchase receipt, or a copy of your online order confirmation.
You will receive one (1) entry for each individual Korean Bros product purchased, whether purchased in a single transaction or in separate transactions, subject to the daily maximum in Section 5.
Proof of purchase is valid only if it is legible and shows the date of purchase, the name of the retailer, and the Korean Bros product or products purchased. An online order confirmation must also show the order number. Proof of purchase must be dated within the Entry Period. Purchases dated before October 30, 2026 or after November 13, 2026 do not qualify.
Each receipt or order confirmation may be submitted only once and by only one person. If an online order is cancelled, returned, or refunded in whole or in part, any entries based on the cancelled, returned, or refunded products are void.
IMPORTANT – retain your original receipt or order confirmation. Sponsor may require production of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation as a condition of verifying any entry or awarding the prize. Failure to produce it on request may result in disqualification.
4.2 Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
During the Entry Period, visit https://korean-bros.com/pages/98745132189#free-entry, and complete the free entry form, providing your full name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and state of residence. No purchase, receipt, or order confirmation is required.
One (1) free entry request per person per day will receive the full daily maximum number of entries available under Section 5 – the same number obtainable by purchase. The free entry method appears on the same page, on the same terms, and is no more difficult to complete than the purchase method.
5. Entry Limits
One (1) entry is awarded for each individual Korean Bros product purchased, subject to a maximum of five (5) entries per person per day, regardless of entry method. A person who submits a purchase entry on a given day may not also submit a free entry that day, and vice versa.
A person entering by the free method under Section 4.2 receives the full daily maximum of five (5) entries for each daily request.
Over the fifteen (15) day Entry Period, the maximum number of daily entries obtainable by any person is seventy-five (75), by either method or any combination of the two. One (1) additional bonus entry is available under Section 6, for a maximum of seventy-six (76) entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes.
Entries are limited to one person per email address and one person per mailing address. Use of multiple email addresses, multiple identities, automated entry, or any other method to exceed the stated limits will void all of that person’s entries.
6. Discord Bonus Entry
One (1) additional bonus entry is available to any entrant who is a member of the official Korean Bros Discord server. Membership is free, open to the public, and requires no purchase. The server may be joined at https://discord.gg/5P5pBHyMjz.
To claim the bonus entry:
1. Join the Korean Bros Discord server at any time on or before November 13, 2026.
2. Complete the bonus entry form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdtNK021mOvZUTg6_NZJH-lX7P3ytycWZ4QjETdOLY7LyS45A/viewform, linked in the server, providing the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes and your Discord username.
3. Separately enter the Sweepstakes under Section 4.1 or Section 4.2. The bonus entry is awarded only to persons who have also submitted a valid Sweepstakes entry.
The bonus entry is awarded only if all the following are true: (a) the Discord username submitted corresponds to a member of the Korean Bros Discord server as of 11:59:59 P.M. Mountain Time on November 13, 2026; (b) the email address submitted on the bonus entry form exactly matches an email address associated with a valid Sweepstakes entry; and (c) the entrant is otherwise eligible under Section 3.
Email addresses are matched exactly. An entrant who uses different email addresses on the bonus entry form and on the Sweepstakes entry form will not receive the bonus entry. Sponsor’s records are determinative in all cases.
Limit one (1) bonus entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of submissions made. A person who leaves the Discord server before November 13, 2026, is not eligible for the bonus entry. Discord’s minimum age requirement is 13. This Sweepstakes is open only to persons 18 years of age or older.
7. Drawing and Odds
On November 17, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. All eligible entries will be assigned sequential numbers, and the winning entry will be selected using a random number generator. The drawing will be conducted by a named Sponsor representative in the presence of a second witness, and the method, inputs, and result will be documented and retained in accordance with Section 15.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must:
1. Respond within five (5) days of the date of Sponsor’s first notification attempt; and
2. Return, within five (5) days of receipt, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, together with a signed Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), IRS Form W-9, and Winner Acceptance and Vehicle Transfer Agreement.
The potential winner must also provide proof of identity, age, and state of residence, a valid driver’s license, and proof of motor vehicle insurance meeting the minimum requirements of their state of residence, before the vehicle will be released.
All entries, receipts, entrants, and other information submitted are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of purchase, identity, age, and eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor – including government-issued photo identification and original receipts – (i) to verify an entrant’s eligibility to participate; (ii) to verify the legitimacy of any entry, receipt photograph or other information submitted or purportedly submitted; and (iii) for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Failure to meet any requirement above or return of any notification as undeliverable results in forfeiture. On forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will attempt to award the prize up to three (3) alternate winners, after which Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.
Sponsor will never ask you for a password, payment, or banking login to claim this prize.
9. Winner Announcement
On November 17, 2026, Sponsor will announce that a winner has been drawn. The winner’s name will be announced only after verification is complete and all required documents have been returned, anticipated on or about November 27, 2026. Sponsor will not publish the name of any potential winner before that person has been verified and has executed the required releases.
10. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a used 2020 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus, with 30,204 miles as of October 12, 2026. Approximate Retail Value: $25,000 as of August 2026.
The vehicle is awarded “AS IS”, with no warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The vehicle is outside its original manufacturer’s basic warranty. Sponsor makes no representation as to the existence, scope, or transferability of any remaining manufacturer coverage, and the winner should verify any such coverage directly with the manufacturer.
Vehicle Wrap. The vehicle is finished with a vinyl wrap bearing the Korean Bros logo. The winner is under no obligation to retain the wrap and may remove it at any time. Removal is at the winner’s expense and risk. A change in vehicle color may require notification to the winner’s state motor vehicle authority.
Actual value may vary. The winner is not entitled to any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value at the time of award. No cash alternative or substitution is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s control. The prize is awarded to one person and may not be transferred or assigned prior to award.
11. Taxes and Costs – Please Read Carefully
Sponsor will pay vehicle title transfer and all applicable state and local sales and use taxes arising from the transfer of the vehicle to the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for vehicle delivery or collection, state registration fees, motor vehicle insurance, and all federal, state, and local income taxes arising from receipt of the prize.
The prize is taxable income to the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the prize value. Depending on the winner’s tax bracket and state of residence, income tax liability may be substantial – potentially $5,000 to $8,000 or more. Sponsor will not provide any tax gross-up, cash assistance, or reimbursement. Winner is strongly encouraged to consult a tax advisor before accepting the prize.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, and state of residence, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
13. Privacy
Information collected at entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and award the prize, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://korean-bros.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.
14. General Conditions and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits a receipt that is altered, duplicated, or not their own, submits false information, uses multiple identities or automated entry, or acts in a disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to reject any receipt or order confirmation that is illegible, incomplete, altered, previously submitted, or otherwise cannot be verified. Where a dispute regarding the identity of the person who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Where the same receipt is submitted by more than one person, Sponsor may disqualify all affected entries.
If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control that corrupts or impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor will, if possible, select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to termination. Inclusion in such drawing is each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy in these circumstances.
These Official Rules may not be modified or amended in any way except by a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules where necessary to comply with applicable law; any such modification will be posted at https://korean-bros.com/pages/tesla-giveaway-sweepstakes-official-rules-page and takes effect on posting.
Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision were not contained in these Official Rules.
15. Records
Sponsor will retain, for not less than two (2) years following the winner announcement: all entry records, submitted receipts and order confirmations, bonus entry form submissions, the Discord membership export taken as of November 13, 2026, the numbered entry list, documentation of the random drawing method and result, disqualification logs, and all winner verification documentation.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims, losses, injury, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries, technical failures of any kind, or entries not received for any reason. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes Sponsor's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that may not be limited or excluded as a matter of law.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all claims, judgments, and awards are limited to actual third-party out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), and in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable. Entrants knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
18. Social Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or Discord. Entrants release these platforms from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
19. Tesla Disclaimer
Tesla, Inc. is not a sponsor of, participant in, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way. Tesla has not endorsed, reviewed, or approved this Sweepstakes or any Korean Bros product. The prize vehicle is a pre-owned vehicle purchased by Sponsor. Tesla and Model 3 are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used solely to identify the prize.
20. Retailer Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any retailer at which Korean Bros products are sold, including Walmart Inc. and Target Corporation.
21. Winner’s Name
The name of the confirmed winner will be posted at https://korean-bros.com/pages/98745132189.
