Thick noodles swimming in a tangy kimchi broth that’s savory, spicy, and oh-so-comforting. Like chicken noodle soup’s bolder, funkier, Korean brother.

Add rice cakes, seasoning, and 3/4 cup of water into a pan. Boil on high heat.
Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and cook for 2.5 mins (or until the sauce is reduced to your liking). Stir occasionally.
Enjoy!
Boil 350 mL of water (about 1.5 Cups) in a pot. Once boiling, add noodles, soup base, and kimchi block.
Occasionally stir and cook for 2 minutes (or longer for softer noodles).
Pour into a bowl, add the flakes, and enjoy!
Boil 1 L of water (about 4 Cups) in a pot. Once boiling, add noodles.
Occasionally stir and cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain water (or you can eat hot - still drain water, no rinse!).
Mix the noodles thoroughly with the sauce, oil, and seaweed packets and enjoy!
